Ingredients:
- 2 big carrot chopped
- 1 cup green peas shelled
- 1 big onion finely chopped
- 1 green chilli crushed with salt
- a few mint leaves chopped.
- salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
- fresh coriander to garnish.
Recipe:
- Boil the carrots and peas with water on medium / low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Till they are cooked but firm. Cool.
- Now add the chopped onions, chillies, mint leaves, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- And Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander .
