Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 2 Spinach bunches
- 1/2 can of tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 tbsp of garlic/ginger paste
- 1 tbsp of coriander and cumin powder
- Red chili and salt according to taste
- 1/2 tbsp of Turmeric powder
- Salt according to taste

- Boil Potatoes
- Cut Potatoes, onion and spinach in small pieces
- In a pan heat oil and put Onion in it. Heat till light brown
- Put Cumin and coriander powder and stir for 5 seconds.
- Add red chilies, turmeric powder and salt.
- Put potatoes and spinach, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Let Potatoes absorb the flavor
- Add small amount of water, if necessary and heat to mix properly.
- Palak Aloo is ready
- Serve with Poori and chapatti.
- And enjoy the taste.
