Ingredients:
- 6-8 small size green Capsicums
- 2 tbsp.. of shelled, boiled and mashed green peas
- 3 boiled & boiled Potatoes
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp. Amchur (mango powder) powder
- 1/4 tsp. Garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp. Coriander powder
- A few seeds of Pomegranate
- Oil as required
- Salt according to taste
Recipe:
- Wash & chop the onions.
- Boil & keep the green peas mashed,boil the potatoes & mash it
- Boil the capsicum whole them till they are tender & keep it aside after cooling .
- Mixture to stuff
- In a pan add two tea spoonsful of oil & fry chopped onions till they turn brown ,
- Add mashed potatoes,peas, and spices fry together (this mixture will be stuffed inside the capsicum .)
- Using a sharp knife remove the stem & seeds of the capsicums & stuff the capsicum with the potato mixture we made earlier & tie the the capsicum carefully with a thread .
- Fry the stuffed capsicums on all side in oil in a pan ,take off the threads after frying it
- Serve And enjoy the taste.
