Ingredients:
- Saag 1 kg- wash and soak in cold water with a pinch of turmeric.
- Onions 4 medium finely sliced
- Green chilies 4
- Red chilli 10 whole
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/2 cup.
Recipe:
- Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions and fry till golden.
- Then add all other ingredients, stir and cook on low heat till the water dries.
- Then fry for a few minutes and remove from heat.
- Do not add any water to saag while cooking.
- Serve wit hot chapatti.
