- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Pinch of asefotida
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 4 tsp oil
Method
- Mix the above ingredients into a dough by adding water and 4 teaspoons of oil.
- Keep it aside for about 15-20 minutes.
- Make poories and deep fry in oil.
