Ingredients:
- 8 cauliflower pieces
- 1 cup peas
- 2 potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 1 carrot, peeled and cubed
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 onions, grated
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala power
- 1/2tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp cummin seeds
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt and sugar to taste
Recipe
- Wash all vegetables.
- Drain. Heat oil. Add cummin seeds. Add onion. Brown.
- Add ginger-garlic and fry.
- Add all powder masalas and vegetables. Add salt and sugar.
- Stir fry till crisp
- Then add 2 cups hot water and cook till done.
- Add coriander leaves and serve with puris.
- Serve and enjoy the taste .
