- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup curds (dahi)
- 150 gms fresh strawberries
- 1 slice of banana
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
- 2 tbsp sugar
Recipe
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of smoothie in 4 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately.
