Bharwa shimla mirch (stuffed capsicum)


 Ingredients:
  • 6-8 small size green Capsicums
  • 2 tbsp.. of shelled, boiled and mashed green peas
  • 3 boiled & boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Amchur (mango powder) powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Coriander powder
  • A few seeds of Pomegranate
  • Oil as required
  • Salt according to taste

Recipe:
  1. Wash & chop the onions.
  2. Boil & keep the green peas mashed,boil the potatoes & mash it
  3. Boil the capsicum whole them till they are tender & keep it aside after cooling .
  4. Mixture to stuff
  5. In a pan add two tea spoonsful of oil & fry chopped onions till they turn brown ,
  6. Add mashed potatoes,peas, and spices fry together (this mixture will be stuffed inside the capsicum .)
  7. Using a sharp knife remove the stem & seeds of the capsicums & stuff the capsicum with the potato mixture we made earlier & tie the the capsicum carefully with a thread .
  8. Fry the stuffed capsicums on all side in oil in a pan ,take off the threads after frying it 
  9. Serve  And enjoy the taste.
