Aloo Palak (Aloo Spinach) ki sabji


 Ingredients:
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 Spinach bunches
  • 1/2 can of tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp of garlic/ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp of coriander and cumin powder
  • Red chili and salt according to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp of Turmeric powder
  • Salt according to taste

Recipes:
  1. Boil Potatoes
  2. Cut Potatoes, onion and spinach in small pieces
  3. In a pan heat oil and put Onion in it. Heat till light brown
  4. Put Cumin and coriander powder and stir for 5 seconds.
  5. Add red chilies, turmeric powder and salt.
  6. Put potatoes and spinach, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Let Potatoes absorb the flavor
  8. Add small amount of water, if necessary and heat to mix properly.
  9. Palak Aloo is ready 
  10. Serve with Poori and chapatti.
  11. And enjoy the taste.
