Banana Pudding



Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of clarified butter (ghee)
  • 2 cups of fine semolina (or cream of wheat)
  • 4 cups of  milk
  • 4  ripe bananas cut in fine roundels
  • 1 cup of sugar

Recipe:
  1.  Heat the clarified butter (ghee) in a pan and roast the semolina on low heat stirring continuously for about 3  minutes or till the raw smell is gone and it gives a nice aroma.
  2. Add the milk and sugar. 
  3. Stir well.
  4. Add the banana roundels and mix well. 
  5. Keep stirring on very low heat heat for about 3  minutes or till all the moisture has evaporated.
  6. Serve and enjoy the taste.
