Besan toast


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of besan
  • 5 pieces of bread
  • 2 tbs of butter
  • 1/2 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tbs of garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • half tbs of red chilies powder
  • 1/4 tbs of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • salt acc.to taste


Recipe:
  1. Take a bowl and add a cup of gram flour or besan in it.
  2. Then add garlic paste chopped green chillies, turmeric powder , red chilly powder, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and salt to taste.
  3. Add water and mix it well. the batter is little thinner than the cake consistency batter. 
  4. Take a pan (flat) and heat it on medium flame ,add butter and place a piece of bread on it.
  5. Pour 1 spoon of besan mixture on it and add little butter on top.
  6. Once the bread is crispy slow down the flame and turn the bread so that the besan mixture cooks properly. Cook till its bit golden Brown and serve it Hot. 
  7. Best if there are surprise guest at home. 
  8. Cut it into piece and serve it with ketchup or chutney .
  9. Serve and enjoy the taste.
