pudina and onion ki chutney




Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh mint leaves
2 green chillies
1 tbsp tamarind pulp
Salt To Taste
little water 
onion 3-4 
curd  250g
Recipe:
  • To make tamarind pulp soak little tamarind in water and keep aside .
  • Then strain the mixture in a bowl with the help of a spoon. To make tamarind juice add little water to the pulp.and make a paste in the mixer.
  • Wash the mint leaves well. 
  • Remove the pulp of onion and cut it into 3-4 pieces each.
  • Grind it to a smooth paste with green chillies, salt and tamarind juice .
  • You can add water if the mixture is thick. 
  • After making a paste of all ingredients add curd and mix well.
  • Now add a small pinch of sugar and also small slices of onion.
  • To decorate coriander (dhania) leaves can be used.
  • Serve and enjoy the taste.Its delicious really.
