Peanut (Groundnut ) ki Chutney


Ingredients :
1 handful peanuts or 4 table spoons peanuts
4 pieces coconut (2 tsp grated coconut)
1 small piece ginger
1/2 onion chopped
4 curry leaves
1 piece tamarind (size of gooseberry)
4 red chillies
2 green chillies
salt to taste.
mustard and urad dal for seasoning
1 spoon oil

Recipe:
    Soak peanuts in little water for half an hour. Shell them and keep aside.
    Chop the green chilies. Blend the peanuts and chilies.
    Roast the peanuts and chillies and onions. Add tamarind, ginger, curry leaves, coconut, salt and grind .            To form a smooth paste.
    Season with mustard and urad dal.
    Serve and enjoy the taste.
