cabbage ki sabji(bandh gobhi ki sabji)

 

Ingredients:
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Cabbage 1/2 kg
  • Red pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Bay leaf 10
  • Oil as required
  • Green chili 6
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon (juiced) 1


Recipe:
 Take oil in a pan and add onion in it.
     Cook the onions till they turn pink.
     Now add rai, bay leaf and cook  for a while.
     Then add cabbage, tomatoes, salt and green chili.
     Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
     Now turn on full heat and cook to dry out the water.
    Enjoy the taste.

    2. In the ingredients list you mentioned Cumin (Jeera) and in the recipe instead of cumin(jeera), rai(mustard seeds)is added. Which one should be included?- cumin or mustard. Also your first picture looks different than the second one!
