chaulai ka saag


Ingredients:
  • Saag 1 kg- wash and soak in cold water with a pinch of turmeric.
  • Onions 4 medium finely sliced
  • Green chilies 4
  • Red chilli 10 whole
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup.

Recipe:
  1.     Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions and fry till golden.
  2.     Then add all other ingredients, stir and cook on low heat till the water dries.
  3.     Then fry for a few minutes and remove from heat.
  4.     Do not add any water to saag while cooking.
  5.     Serve wit hot chapatti.
