Clear Onion Soup (Pyaz ka Soup)


Ingredients:
2  onions chopped
4  cups water
2  tbs cornflour dissolved in a little cold water
2  tbs grated cheese
2  tbs butter
salt acc. to taste


Recipe:
  1. Heat the butter in a pan. 
  2. Add the chopped onionand saute on low heat for 5-7  minutes or till they are well browned.
  3. Add the water, grated cheese and salt. 
  4. Bring to boil on medium heat.
  5. Add the cornflour and simmer on low heat for 4  minutes.
  6. Top with a dash of grated cheese just before serving
  7. Serve hot with: fried bread pieces.
  8. And enjoy the taste.
