fast and easy breakfast food

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup curds (dahi)
  • 150 gms fresh strawberries
  • 1 slice of banana
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Recipe
  1.     Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2.     Pour equal quantities of smoothie in 4 individual glasses.
  3.     Serve immediately.
