veg soup





Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minute
Servings : 8
Ingredients
  • Potato 1; 
  • bottle gourd 1;
  • carrot 1;
  • beet root 1;
  • onion 1;
  • few leaves of cabbage;
  • kotmir stems with roots 1-2;
  • parsley few; green chilli 1;
  • salt,
  • black pepper powder a pinch;
  • jeera 1 tsp; 
  • oil 1 tsp.

Recipe
  • Peel all vegetables and cut into small pieces and boil them until one boil.
  • Let it cool down. 
  • Strain vegetables.
  • When cool grind them in mixer to a smooth paste and put back in the veg stock.
  • now give one boil again.
  • Now add condiments (kotmir and parsley) and seasonings (salt and pepper) apart from jeera and oil. Remove from heat.
  • In a separate pan take a tsp. of oil and give tadka of jeera and put it in soup and cover it immediately.
  • Now soup is ready. 
  • Garnish with kotmir amd parsley leaves.
